A Message From the Founder
Like many GenX women right now, I was at an inflection point in my life and my career about 2 years ago. I was lost and searching for meaning. My life, my career, my health, my values….all felt like they were under fire. Add to that, my industry ON FIRE… between the mergers & acquisitions, layoffs, quiet quitting (and quiet cracking), fear of AI taking over jobs, and mental health crises…you name it. Nothing felt steady, sure, or sustainable.
So when I found myself very unexpectedly unemployed, I realized there were skills I needed to master if I wanted to stay current, maintain relevance, and get noticed. And organically, Golden Butterfly Coaching emerged as the container to help me “upskill” AND follow my passion. And now I get to help Gen X women who are burned out or disenfranchised at this point in their careers to rediscover what actually lights them up—and then build the next chapter of their career around it.
